Data Safety & Deletion Disclosures

At NoteFusion, your privacy and control over your personal data are paramount. Under Google Play Data Safety requirements and global privacy regulations (GDPR / NDPR), you have the right to permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time.

What will be permanently deleted

• Account & Profile: Your full name, registered email address, authentication credentials, and account profile settings.
• Music Transcriptions: All saved Tonic Solfa transcriptions, solfa syllables, staff notation scores, audio pitch analyses, and chord sheets.
• Audio & Voice Recordings: Any temporarily buffered or saved audio clips recorded through the app.
• Sessions & Tokens: All active login tokens, device push notification registrations, and OAuth grant connections.

Data retention exceptions

If you have an active or previous paid subscription (e.g. NoteFusion Pro), anonymized financial payment transaction logs (e.g. Paystack / Google Play transaction references, invoice records, and statutory tax receipts) are retained strictly as required by applicable tax, commercial accounting, and anti-fraud laws. All associated personal profile identities and musical files are completely scrubbed.

Retention timeline

Account deletion requests initiated with your password or confirmed via email are processed immediately. Your account access will be terminated right away and all database records and storage objects will be irreversibly removed.

I understand that this action is permanent and cannot be undone. All my musical transcriptions, solfa data, and profile information will be permanently deleted.
